How does the AI form analysis work?
Upload a video or photo of your exercise. Our AI (powered by Google Gemini) analyzes your posture, alignment, and movement patterns to provide real-time corrections and tips.
Is my data private?
Yes! Your exercise videos are processed and immediately deleted. We never share or sell your personal data. See ourPrivacy Policyfor details.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Settings → Subscription → Cancel. Your access continues until the end of your billing period. You can resubscribe anytime.
Does VitaFlow work offline?
Yes! Your cached workouts and meal plans are available offline. AI features (form check, new plan generation) require an internet connection.
What equipment do I need?
VitaFlow works with any equipment you have — from bodyweight-only to a fully equipped gym. During onboarding, select what you have access to and we'll customize your plans accordingly.
